Starting a PARADYME routine

The example system comprises of two screens. The main screen will allow the user to enter details relating to a room booking. The booking details will be entered via screen EXAMPLE. To start entering the parameters for this screen, type PDS at TCL. Then type EXAMPLE for PROGRAM NAME. Next press at the PROGRAM FILE prompt, accepting BP as the default for this value. Please note that the BP file must exist before you start entering the parameters.

After entering the parameters, the screen should look like the one below.

The second screen will be used to maintain the item cost file. At PROGRAM NAME, type EXAMPLEA and press for PROGRAM FILE. The screen should look like the one below

Once the user has entered the values for this screen they will pass to the main menu which is described in more detail in the next section.
