Producing dictionary items

The user has now generated the routines to maintain the data files. Using ACCESS, the user will now be able to produce reports on these files. To help the user generate the dictionary items for use in ACCESS statements, the user can use option 11.

When this option is selected while processing the item EXAMPLE, dictionary items will be generated for the F.BOOKINGS file. If selected for the EXAMPLEA routine, the dictionary items will be generated for the file F.ITEMS. The users will know when the process is complete as the screen will refresh itself when the processing is complete, clearing the selected option number from the display.
