Introduction

The screen for entering error messages used by the PARADYME program is shown in figure 1 below.

In this screen the user defines the error messages that will be linked to the extra validation. For details of the extra validation, refer to the previous chapter.

The following sections gives a detailed explanation of the function of each field.

This screen in practice is seldom used as it is normally accessed directly from option 5 screen. Familiarisation of this method to enter error messages from the prompt definition screens is strongly recommended.
